Chairman
Dr. Greenberg is a principal of Bourn Corporate Development, which provides financial resources and business development expertise to help technology startups build the underlying value of their businesses. He is also chairman, CEO and co-founder of Fio Corporation, a company developing a nanotechnology-based point-of-care device for multi-pathogen detection, recently awarded a $12 million grant by Genome Canada.
Before starting Bourn, Dr. Greenberg was CEO of Cedara Software Corporation (now part of Merge Healthcare; NASDAQ: MRGE), which he grew from a 10-person, contract-engineering computer hardware company into a global imaging software company with annual revenues of $50 million.
Dr. Greenberg’s professional qualifications include a medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania, a postdoctoral research fellowship from the National Institutes of Health, and neurosurgery training at the University of Toronto.
CEO and Co-Founder
Zeev co-founded Orthocrat, Voyant Health’s predecessor, in 2003. A restless software innovator who envisions blockbuster solutions where others only see difficult problems, Zeev’s vision is one of the driving forces behind Voyant Health. From auto-hip templating, auto deformity-correction, and visual planning for the Taylor Spatial Frame in TraumaCad; to workflow leaps with VoyantFlow; to web-based templating and information-sharing with OrthoWeb; Zeev is always looking to tackle difficult problems that surgeons face, and devise elegant solutions for them.
An avid outdoorsman, Zeev is a mountaineer and GUE-certified cave diver who now practices horse-jumping.
Chief Medical Officer and Co-Founder
Dr. Norman is one of the founders of Orthocrat, Voyant Health’s predecessor. Currently the Director of Orthopedics and Traumatology at Rambam Medical Center in Haifa (Israel), he received his medical degree at the Rappaport Faculty of Medicine at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, and completed a fellowship in orthopedic surgery at the Royal National Orthopedic Hospital in Stanmore (UK).
A leader in his field, Dr. Norman’s clinical expertise is in orthopedic trauma surgery, with specialization in complex fractures of the lower limb (hip, femur, knee, tibia, foot and ankle) and the upper limb (shoulder, arm, forearm and wrist).
In addition to guiding Voyant Health’s product vision from the practicing surgeon’s point of view, Dr. Norman also holds several teaching and organizational responsibilities. He is the chairman of the Orthopedic Trauma Society of Israel, and a clinical lecturer at the Rappaport Faculty of Medicine at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
